What to be expected 
confit of duck is one of our best sellers,  braised lamb 4 hours is very popular, foie gras terrine home made brioche, we make all our own stocks sauces, ice-creams and desserts   from the classic chocolate fondant to lemon parfait, almond biscotti biscuits the Italian touch.   creamy risottos crottin goats cheese 15 months old Parmesan. marinated salmon pickled vegetables raspberry strawberry sweet touch. breads made twice daily from olive, coriander, basil is very common, confit rabbit with prunes soft polenta Roquefort  is very popular. 
Seabass, salmon, scollops sea bream st piere will be on our menus on a regular basis tomaoto leek onion rissoto. join us on the last friday of every month fish and chips, beer batter 3 times cooked chips booking recommended.
